Holding space for whole body health
About me

I’m an osteopath with over 12 years of bodywork experience and a deep interest in the elements that shape our health. My background spans osteopathy, movement, martial arts, processwork psychology, biodynamic osteopathy, japanese bodywork, perinatal work and energy healing, giving me a broad perspective on how the body adapts and heals. I work with people of all ages, from infants to adults, offering a gentle, holistic approach to care. My aim is to create space for meaningful change - helping you reconnect with your own vitality and capacity for balance.
Education & TrainingI hold a Master of Osteopathy (M.Ost) from the European School of Osteopathy, where I trained in structural, visceral, cranial, women’s health, paediatric, and sports osteopathy.I also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Neurosomatic Psychotherapy at the NAOS Institute, London, integrating neuroscience, physiology, and somatic psychology. My postgraduate training includes paediatric, visceral, and biodynamic osteopathy, complex pelvic pain, movement and fluid dynamics, and neuroaffective touch.

Using biodynamic, visceral, cranial and traditional osteopathic principles, I adapt to the needs of each individual. I may use other modalities such as dry needling acupuncture, breathing exercises, movement exercises and archetypal psychology.I draw on a broad foundation of osteopathic and body-based training developed over more than a decade of practice. My approach integrates modern and traditional osteopathic methods with an understanding of movement, embodiment, and the body’s natural capacity for regulation and healing.
I use a range of techniques, including:• Cranial and biodynamic work that engages the body’s subtle fluid and energetic dynamics.
• Myofascial and ligamentous release to reduce tension and support circulation.
• Visceral manipulation supporting motion and balance within the organs and diaphragm.
• Somatic and movement-based awareness to integrate change through the nervous system.
• Structural and functional osteopathy to improve joint and muscular mobility. My background also includes training in paediatric and women’s health osteopathy, embryological and fluid dynamics, creative movement, neuroaffective touch, and energy-based methods. I work with gentle, attuned touch to listen to what the body needs in the moment and to help restore a sense of ease, adaptability, and coherence. When appropriate, I collaborate with or refer to other practitioners such as physiotherapists, psychotherapists, homeopaths, GPs or acupuncturists, ensuring that each person receives well-rounded and supportive care.
